故事背景

The rain really was that terrible. Living her life in Gensokyo,a landlocked world of fantasy,it hadn't occurred to her before. But it was true! It really was raining oceanwater. By the time she had realized that,the usual troublemakers from her shrine had already all disappeared. In exchange,droves of unfamiliar foreign fairies were descending from the sky. Magic all around Gensokyo was disrupted, the Human Village was anticipating crop failure, youkai-- the ones who hadn't vanished-- had to endure saltwater falling from the skies. And the rain wouldn't end. Really,this was an incident bigger than Reimu could have ever expected.

这场雨真是太糟了。 生活在幻想乡这样一个内陆的幻想世界， 她从未经历过这种事情。 但这是真的。 真的有海水如雨般落下。 当她意识到这一点时， 神社里惯常的那些捣蛋鬼们 都已经消失了。 取而代之的是，成群的异域妖精 正从天空中飞降而下。 幻想乡全境范围内的魔法都受到了干扰， 人类村落的人们预见了谷物的歉收， 妖怪们——那些还尚未消失的—— 不得不忍受从天空中降下的咸水。 而这场雨是不会停下的。 说实在的，这是一场 比灵梦想象中要更大的异变。

For past few weeks, the youkai world had been sent into a panic at the sudden disappearance of quite a few of its members. Humans, however, were busy dealing with a rather turbulent rainy season. 「Reimu」 “It wouldn’t be so chilly if the Hell Fairy was back under the shrine.” 「Marisa」 “Really, now? So she’s gone too...” The rain was much heavier than in years past, and had continued through both day and night. There was a certain suspicious quality to this rain, too. Reimu Hakurei and Marisa Kirisame were unable to put a name to it. Through the vacuum of moisture and mist, an avatar emerged. Of course, Shou Toramaru had come drenched, being without an umbrella. 「Shou」 “Hijiri had said you would be here, so I arrived as soon as I could.” 「Reimu and Marisa」 “Eh?” The disciple of Vaisvanara explained the ongoing issue at Myouren Temple. A strange weather phenomena had begun to affect the faithful coming from Youkai Mountain. Those sent to investigate the matter had disappeared entirely. 「Reimu」 “Disappearances of youkai again and more weird weather...” 「Marisa」 “Y’know, it was suspicious when it started messing with my fire magic.” 「Shou」 “It was the intention of Hijiri that we collaborate on the matter.” 「???」 “Really, now?” The Goddess of Hell revealed herself, having eavesdropped the whole time. 「Hecatia」 “I wasn’t expecting everyone to be in a tussle, aw.” 「Shou」 “...Ah?” 「Reimu」 “Erm, why are you at my shrine?” Hecatia gestured to the sky and collected some rain into her palm. 「Hecatia」 “I was suspicious when my little Clownpiece disappeared, but… This is all definitely part of what you guys call an ‘incident’. I came here to tell you that.” 「Marisa」 “Whaddya mean?” 「Hecatia」 “Starting off, no natural rain should smell like this. Don’t you recognize the smell? It’s seawater.” A saltwater deluge had spread itself across Gensokyo’s skies. If allowed to go on for too long, it would spell absolute crop failure for all in Gensokyo, and that would only be the beginning of problems. Besides, neither human or youkai would be able to endure an endless rainy season. A group of foreign fairies were in a suspicious cluster. **Spoilers for the main game and Extra Stage past this point!** 4005 fathoms below ↓

-------------------------------------------------------------------- ◇背景故事 -------------------------------------------------------------------- —— 摆脱了平日的吵闹的，博丽神社。 过去的几周间，妖怪们陷入了对于同伴频频失踪的恐慌中。 而人类，正在与相当烦人的雨季斗争着。 灵梦　「如果那个地狱妖精回到神社地下的话就不会这么冷了。」 魔理沙「真的吗？所以她也不见了啊……」 这次的雨比往年的大得多，而且昼夜不断。 这雨水中也包含着某种可疑的性质， 是灵梦和魔理沙无法言状的。 在湿气和雾气的空隙中，一位化身出现了。 当然，寅丸星没带伞，已经淋湿了。 星　　　　　「圣说你们会在这儿，所以我尽快赶过来了。」 灵梦＆魔理沙「嗯？」 这位毗沙门天的信徒告诉了她们命莲寺里正发生的事。 奇怪的天气现象已经开始影响到来自妖怪之山的信徒。 那些被派去调查这件事的家伙都消失得无影无踪。 灵梦　「又一次的妖怪失踪和更多奇怪的天气吗……」 魔理沙「你知道的，当我的火魔法被弄得一团糟的时候就已经很可疑了。」 星　　「圣的想法是我们合作调查这件事。」 ？？？「真的吗？」 旁听了她们的整场谈话的地狱的女神，现身了。 赫卡提亚「我没想到每个人都陷入麻烦了啊。」 星　　　「……啊？」 灵梦　　「额，为什么你在我的神社这儿？」 赫卡提亚向空中伸出手，接了些雨水到掌心。 赫卡提亚「自从我的小皮丝不见了开始我就很怀疑了，但是…… 　　　　　　这些事情显然都是你们口中的『异变』的一部分。 　　　　　　我来这里就是来告诉你们这个的。」 魔理沙　「啥意思？」 赫卡提亚「首先，自然的雨不可能有这种气味。 　　　　　　你们没发现吗？这是海水啊。」 海水在幻想乡的空中泛滥。 如果放任此事太久的话，能够预见的是全幻想乡境内必然发生的农作物灾害，而那只会是问题的开端。 而且，不管是人类还是妖怪都无法忍受这样一个无尽的雨季。 一群外来的妖精正在可疑地聚集起来。 **从这往后是正篇和Extra关卡的剧透！** 4005英寻之下 ↓

The four that had resolved the incident were now speaking peacefully with its culprit. But, it so happened that she brought up something odd in conversation. 「Ummu」 “Oh, I was under the impression that she was with you too.” She had mentioned that another person attempted to resolve the incident before Reimu and company, but in an ineffectively diplomatic matter. 「Ummu」 “That person… She’s currently staying in the Expanse.” A sliding door could be heard slamming against wood. 「???」 “Reimers, does everyone really fight like this during Gensokyo’s rainy season?” Sumireko, an Outside World fearsome High School Girl, came complaining of constant danmaku battles on the way to the shrine. It so happened that immediately after the Saltwater Rain incident, as they had begun to call it, a ridiculous influx of spirits had come into Gensokyo. After a disturbingly quiet set of weeks in Gensokyo, the land had exploded into activity. To an unreasonable degree, of course. 「Marisa」 “...I still can’t use my fire magic. Somethin’s fishy about all this…” Hecatia sighed, swapping out the orb on top of her head for her Moon body. 「Hecatia」 “There’s been like, some kerfuffle, I think, with some gods in this country about something-or-other being brought out from one of the Earthly hells.” 「Shou」 “Hijiri mentioned something about a great appearance of spirits…” 「Reimu」 “Now that you happen to mention it, those are divine spirits.” 「Marisa」 “Gotta be another incident.” Hecatia mourned the death of her vacation, and smiled at Clownpiece as the four left outside again. Inside, Ummu sipped her “tea” or whatever it happened to be called in silence. 「Sumireko」 “Er, I wonder if I should have told them about that Occult Spot I found in the village.” 「Ummu」 “Perhaps I should have told them something too, haha. About the one that came before the other girl…” She kept this thought to herself. Along the divine spirits creating a danmaku-infested pandaemonium out of Gensokyo, a group of fairies began to cluster around the now much-more stable gate to the Expanse. That goddess in hiding. She wondered how long it would take for them to find her. Really, the world of the gods was still a funny place. (Even according to Hecatia.)

-------------------------------------------------------------------- ◇EX 背景故事 -------------------------------------------------------------------- ——正从大雨造成的影响中缓缓恢复的，博丽神社。 解决了异变的四人，正与引发了异变的主犯友好地交谈着。 然而，随着交流的深入，她提起了一些古怪的事情。 祐毋 「咦？我还以为那个人也是和你们一伙的呢。」 她提到，有一个人在灵梦一行人到来之前就尝试解决这一次的事件， 但那一位所使用的“外交手段”毫无疑问地失败了。 祐毋 「那个人的话，她现在应该还待在苍穹洋吧。」 突然，大门的方向传来了滑门碰撞木质立柱的声响。 ？？？「灵梦亲，幻想乡的大家在雨季里都这么的好斗吗？」 宇佐见堇子，一名来自外界的可怕的女子高中生， 正抱怨着在前往神社的途中，被数次弹幕对决所波及的事。 在这场刚被命名为“盐水雨异变”的异变结束后不久， 数量多到夸张的灵体涌入了幻想乡。 在平静到令人不安的数周之后，幻想乡全境突然爆发了高烈度的活动。 魔理沙 「我的火魔法仍然处于失效状态…这件事肯定有些猫腻。」 赫卡提亚叹了口气，替换了她头顶的球体，转换成了代表月的身体。 赫卡提亚 「最近，这里似乎发生了一场由某件从地狱中带出的事物而引发的， 围绕着某位本国神明的动乱，我是这样认为的。」 星 「圣大人告诉了我灵体大量涌现的事情。」 灵梦「既然你们这么说的话，那它们应该是“神灵”吧。」 魔理沙「看来这是另一场异变呢。」 赫卡提亚哀悼了下她提前结束的假日，对克劳恩皮丝微笑着，与另三人一起离开了神社。 屋内，祐毋静静地喝完了她的那杯“茶”——或者随便它叫什么。 堇子「呃，我不知道该不该告诉她们我在人类村落中发现了一个神秘地点这件事情。」 祐毋「也许我也有些本应告诉她们的事情，哈哈。 有关那位，比她们都更先来到的人…」 她最终并没有说出这句话。 在数量众多的小神灵们将幻想乡变成了弹幕飞舞的万魔殿的同时， 一群妖精聚集在了经历异变后，相比起之前更加稳定的，通向苍穹洋的大门前。 女神潜藏了起来， 她想知道，她们需要花上多长的时间才能找到她。 果然，神明的世界如今依然是很有趣的呢。（就算在赫卡提亚看来，也是如此。）
