Uchuu's direct superior,once a god of pathways.Now, from the Void Passage,she directs the hordes attempting to conquer Gensokyo.A stoic,serious figure,she doesn't talk much.However,she is very creative,and comes up with many unorthodox strategies - such as preemptively twisting the landscape,and inducing nightmares and madness in the populace to demoralize them beforehand.She also learns from her mistakes.If she weren't trying to conquer Gensokyo,she d be kind of admirable. Cathu's ability affects boundaries that are out of Yukari's reach,but is far less versatile overall.While Yukari can link two places in the same universe and mess with all sorts of metaphysical and conceptual boundaries,Cathu can only link a universe with the void between them.However,it's still a very powerful ability.It's fairly surprising that Cathu isn't the mastermind,but rather just her enforcer and general. Regardless,it seems that because of her defeat,Cathu is now forced to take the group to the mastermind's fortress.. |
